A $25 monthly pet rent will be charged.
Pet must be under 40 pounds.
Any Breed or mixed breed of Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Bandogge, American Pitbull Terrier, Boerboel, Boxer,Bullmastiff, Cane Corso, Caucasian Ovcharka, Chow Chow, Czechoslovakian Vlcak, Doberman Pinscher,Dogo Argentino,German Shepherd,Great Dane, Gull Dong, Husky,Perro de Presa Canario, Pharaoh Hound, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tosa Inu, Wolf Hybrid are restricted and not allowed as a pet. Also prohibited are large and exotic Birds(except those that are caged) chinchillas, ferrets, fish, insects, monkeys, potbellied pigs, raccoons, rodents (except for caged rabbits, guinea pigs, gerbils, or hamsters) Skunks, snakes or reptiles over two feet, Tarantulas, and scorpions or spiders of any kind. No exotic or wild animals are permitted.
